Attention Control Training Study
Studying a short phone-based task that helps retrain attention designed to reduce stress.

This study examines the feasibility and acceptability of a brief, mobile attention-training task for Canadian Armed Forces Veterans who have recently transitioned out of service. Who can participate
Canadian Armed Forces Veterans released within the past 5 years
Owners of an iPhone or Android phone no more than 6 years old
Individuals experiencing stress or PTSD symptoms
What is involved
10 short training sessions completed on your phone over 3 weeks
Simple visual tasks and short questionnaires
Participation is voluntary and can be done entirely from your mobile device.
